    Ingredients

    • 1 box Brownie Mix
    • 3 tablespoons Water *
    • ½ Canola Oil *
    • 2 Eggs *
    • ½ cup Shredded Coconut
    • ½ cup Chocolate Chips
    • ½ cup Sliced Almonds

    Instructions

    • Start off with a box of your favorite Chocolate Brownie Mix and prepare the mix according to the directions on the package.
    • Stir in ½ - 1 cup of Shredded Coconut. I probably used closer to 1 cup of shredded, unsweetened coconut.
    • Top the brownies with a couple (or a few) good handfuls of Sliced Almonds. I used a good ½ cup worth.
    • Then sprinkle on a couple (or a few) good handfuls of Chocolate Chips. I used around ½ cup of chocolate chips too.
    • Decide what size baking dish you want to use. I used my 8" x 11" dish. Spray the dish with non-stick spray for easier clean-up.
    • Bake the brownies according to the directions on the box.
    • Let cool slightly and serve.
    • We hope you enjoy them as much as we did!
