Possibly the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies… according to my family, anyway. My son gave me the title for this post. I said to him “These taste kind of like the fresh baked cookies you used to like so well from the grocery store”. “No”, he said, “these are way better”!

I asked him to describe these cookies. Awesome. Fantastic. Raw. Fire. Amazing. These are all words he used.

Possibly the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies b

I have seen many Chocolate Chip Cookie recipes on the internet that have pudding mix in them. I decided to give them a try, altering the recipe as I usually do to be able to use ingredients I had on hand.

I was worried these were not going to work out at all, but instead I have another “Cook This Again, Mom!” recipe for my kids.

Possibly the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies d

These cookies are soft, not crisp. Not exactly chewy, but definitely not crunchy. Full of flavor and absolutely delicious. And, as per my son, “Possibly the Best Chocolate Chips Cookies you have ever eaten in your life”!
