- Brownie Mix and the ingredients listed on the package to make them. Usually, water, canola oil, and eggs.
- Chocolate Chips
- Nutter Butter Cookies - chopped.
- Instant Coffee - optional, but the coffee does add a layer of depth to the chocolate.

Recipe Directions
Chop or break up the Nutter Butter Cookies. I like to leave big chunks as shown.
Mix the brownie mix per the instructions on the package.
Save this recipe?
Pour half of the brownie batter in a baking pan that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle the chunks of peanut butter cookies, and the chocolate chips over the brownie batter. Reserve a few chocolate chips to sprinkle on top if desired.
Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cookies and chocolate chips. Sprinkle with any chocolate chips you have reserved.
Bake the Nutter Butter Brownies according to the package directions. They may take a little bit longer with the added ingredients, but make sure not to overbake.
Cool the Nutter Butter Chocolate Chip Brownies before cutting. Serve and enjoy!
Storage
Store any leftover brownies at room temperature for 2 to 3 days. You can leave them in the baking pan, or precut and put on a serving dish. Cover the brownies to help keep them from drying out.

Nutter Butter Chocolate Chip Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 box Brownie Mix Use your favorite brand.
- 2 Eggs *see notes
- ½ cup Canola Oil *see notes
- ¼ cup Water *see notes
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 12 Nutter Butter Cookies coarsely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Instant Coffee optional
Instructions
- Mix up the brownie mix, instant coffee, and ingredients per the directions on the package of your brownie mix.1 box Brownie Mix, 2 Eggs, ½ cup Canola Oil, ¼ cup Water, 2 teaspoons Instant Coffee
- Pour half of the batter into a baking pan that has been coated with non-stick spray.
- Chop or break the Nutter Butter Cookies into pieces.

- Pour the remaining batter over the cookies and chocolate chips. Spread the batter to cover the Nutter butter cookies and chips as much as possible.
- Bake the Nutter Butter Chocolate Chip Brownies according to package directions. Ours took a couple minutes longer.
- Cool slightly.
