    Recipe FAQ's

Can I use other nuts rather that pecans in this bread recipe?

Sure! Walnut or almonds would work great!

Can I use store bought orange juice instead of fresh orange juice?

Yes, but I would still encourage you to use some fresh orange zest for that extra boost of citrus flavor.

How do I store leftover orange bread?

Store the bread covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container. It will be okay for a couple days at room temperature, or an extra couple of days if kept int he refrigerator.

    Notes

If you use store bought orange juice in place of fresh orange juice, grab an orange or two anyway. The fresh orange zest really adds a delicious citrus boost to this bread and the glaze.
