I have been looking for ways to eat a little healthier and lighten up some of our meals.

These Asian Lettuce Wraps are definitely a great way to have a simple, delicious and lite lunch or dinner.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

I made them with ground turkey, fresh ginger, garlic and just a few other ingredients. I was surprised at how much my family enjoyed them!
