I have been looking for ways to eat a little healthier and lighten up some of our meals.
These Asian Lettuce Wraps are definitely a great way to have a simple, delicious and lite lunch or dinner.
I made them with ground turkey, fresh ginger, garlic and just a few other ingredients. I was surprised at how much my family enjoyed them!
Easy to prepare (I like this!), everyone enjoyed them (I love this!).
Quick, easy, delicious… what more could you ask for?
