- Red Onion - Diced for the burger patty and slice more for on top of the burger when serving.
- Garlic - Fresh minced is best, about ¼ teaspoon of granulated garlic if that is what you have.
- Oregano - Dried.
- Salt and Black Pepper

How to make Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, diced onion, chopped spinach, minced garlic, feta cheese, and seasonings.

Mix gently, just until combined.
