Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers are juicy, flavorful, and ready in 30 minutes. An easy family recipe made with ground turkey, fresh spinach, and feta cheese.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, diced onion, chopped spinach, minced garlic, feta cheese, and seasonings. Mix gently, just until combined.
Divide the mixture and make 4 equal size patties.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey burgers for about 5 to 6 minutes per side. The turkey burgers are done when the internal temperature reaches 165° F.

Make sure you don't over cooked the turkey burgers. They are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165° F.
