Mom Tip
If you're feeding kids or anyone sensitive to spice, keep the sriracha sauce on the side. You can always add heat, but you can't take it out once it's in there.

Divide the cooked rice between four bowls. Top with the seasoned turkey, then add carrots, cucumber, red bell pepper, avocado, and cilantro.

Drizzle with the creamy sriracha sauce and serve right away.
Storage & Leftovers
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat the turkey and rice, then add fresh toppings.
