These delicious Sesame Ginger Wraps can easily be made with ground chicken or ground turkey for a healthy lite meal. This recipe is based off of a item we found at a local sandwich shop. Using fresh ginger, power greens and sesame dressing, this is a quick meal for any time of the day.

- Tortilla Shells - personally I prefer the low-carb shells
- Ground Chicken or Ground Turkey
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Fresh Ginger
- Power Greens or Spinach
- Red Onion or green onion if you prefer
- Cucumber
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing (store-bought)
Recipe Directions
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and ground chicken or turkey. Break up the meat and crumble as it cooks. Add the salt, pepper, and ginger. Stir.
Warm up the tortillas if desired. Layer the greens, then the cooked meat and cucumber.
Add some sliced red onion, or green onion if preferred.
Drizzle with the sesame ginger salad dressing then a little bit of the cheese.

Sesame Ginger Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Chicken or Ground Turkey
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoon Ginger fresh - minced
- 2 - 3 cups Power Greens or Spinach
- ¼ cup Red Onion sliced
- ½ Cucumber peeled, and sliced
- ½ cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
- 4 tablespoons Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing
- 4 Low-Carb Tortillas or your favorite tortillas
Instructions
- Heat a medium size skillet over medium heat. Add the tablespoon of olive oil and the ground chicken or ground turkey.
- Break up the chicken to crumble it as it cooks. Add the salt, pepper and ginger. Stir.
- When the meat is cooked, assemble the wrap. Warm up the tortilla if desired.
- Add the greens and top with the cooked meat. Add the onion, cucumber, and sesame ginger dressing. Top with shredded cheese.
