Sesame Ginger Chicken Wraps
Ground Turkey or Ground Chicken can be used with this recipe. Fresh greens, ginger, onion, and cucumber all topped with ginger sesame dressing. The perfect lite meal.

Ground Chicken
or Ground Turkey

Salt

Olive Oil

Power Greens
or Spinach

Red Onion

Cucumber
peeled, and sliced

Monterey Jack Cheese

Low-Carb Tortillas
or your favorite tortillas
Instructions
Heat a medium size skillet over medium heat. Add the tablespoon of olive oil and the ground chicken or ground turkey.
Break up the chicken to crumble it as it cooks. Add the salt, pepper and ginger. Stir.
When the meat is cooked, assemble the wrap. Warm up the tortilla if desired.
Add the greens and top with the cooked meat. Add the onion, cucumber, and sesame ginger dressing. Top with shredded cheese.
Notes
Use green onion in place of the red onion if desired.
I prefer low-carb tortillas, but use your favorite.
