Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and get your pizza crust ready on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.
Add the spinach over the garlicky crust.
Next add a layer of the shredded mozzarella.
Followed by the crumbled feta cheese.
Add a sprinkle of salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
Bake the pizza for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing and enjoying!

If you need to use frozen spinach instead of fresh, make sure to thaw it completely and squeeze out all the extra moisture. You can assemble the pizza ahead of time and store it covered, in the fridge, for a few hours before baking.Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
