This skillet lasagna is incredibly easy to make and offers a delicious twist on classic lasagna. You’ll get a creamy, cheesy lasagna that will become a staple in your meal rotation.
Heat a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Crumble the ground beef while it cooks.
While the ground beef is cooking, boil the egg noodles per the package directions. Drain and set aside until ready to use.
When the meat is mostly browned, add the seasoning and mix well.
Add the tomato sauce and cream cheese. Stir the mixture as the cream cheese melts.
Add the sour cream, stir together.
Now add the cooked and drained egg noodles. Stir until all the noodles are covered with the sauce.
Top the skillet lasagna with the shredded cheese. Cover the pan for a few minutes for the cheese to melt.
Top off with some fresh or dried parsley if desired. Serve.

For a bit of heat, add some red pepper flakes.Use a blend of cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.If you prefer, you can easily use a jar of your favorite marinara sauce in place of the tomato sauce and seasonings.Instead of ground beef, try ground turkey or ground chicken, or Italian sausage if you prefer.If you are using very lean meat you may want to add a drizzle of olive oil to the skillet.Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
