Instructions
Arrange the lettuce leaves in a circle on the platter, creating the base of the wreath.
Over the lettuce, arrange the parsley, bay leaves, and rosemary. This will serve as the bed for your antipasto ingredients.
You can also use any other herbs you might like such as fresh basil. Build up the greens to make a nice base for your Antipasto Christmas Wreath.
Start by layering the ham on top of the greenery in a circular pattern, tucking some sections of the ham under pieces of greenery.
Continue by adding some salami and pepperoni.
Next, add the cube cheese and mini mozzarella balls.
Add some bright color to the festive wreath using the red pepper and yellow pepper strips. Add the small tomatoes.
Finish off this beautiful wreath with the olives and pepperoncini's.
Notes
Serve this beautiful wreath with some crackers or crusty bread with an olive oil dipping sauce.
