  • 24 Cupcake Liners

Ingredients

  • 24 Premade Plain Cupcakes
  • 2 tubs White Frosting or homemade
  • 8 strips Gummy Streamers split and cut to make 12 pieces
  • ¼ cup Sprinkles or Jimmies
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoon Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 24 Candy Corn
  • 2 tablespoons White Sugar Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Buy or prepare 12 cupcakes. You can use your favorite box mix or favorite recipe. Let cool.
  • Spread the frosting smoothly over the cupcakes using a spatula or butter knife.
  • For the hat, cut gummy streamers to fit across the cupcakes. Position one gummy streamer on each cupcake about ⅓ from one side.
  • Sprinkle matching-colored jimmies or sprinkles along the exposed cupcake top.
  • Add some regular size chocolate chips for the eyes, or use the black icing gel.
  • Place a candy corn under the eyes to create a nose.
  • Use the mini chocolate chips to form the mouth. Use just one, or many chips to make a large smile.
  • Sprinkle the snowman face with sprinkling sugar if desired.
  • Let the decorated cupcakes set for a few minutes to ensure the frosting and decorations are secure.

Notes

 
If you are using a box cake mix, remember most boxed mixes call for water, eggs, and vegetable oil.
You may get by with one tub of store bought frosting, use two if you want a thicker frosting base.
