Simple & hearty Ham and Spinach quiche has savory ham, fresh spinach, and Swiss cheese added to the creamy egg base. Great for breakfast, dinner, or brunch!
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gently press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan, and crimp the edges for a nice finish.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg until smooth.
Add the cheese, ham, and spinach to the egg mixture and combine before pouring into pie shell.
Or, layer the ham, spinach, and Swiss cheese evenly inside the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top, letting it fill in all the gaps.
Place the quiche on the middle oven rack and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top has a light golden color.
Let the quiche cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting into slices. Enjoy it warm or at room temperature!
