Instructions
Spread the guacamole into the center of a large serving board or platter and form the shape of the Grinch's face.
Cover well with plastic wrap if you are not ready to use right away. You want to prevent the guacamole from browning.
Use a table knife or the end of a chopstick to outline the features of the face.
Cut two small almond shapes from the orange or yellow bell pepper to be the Grinch’s eyes and place it on the guacamole.
Cut a black olive in half to make the Grinch's pupils, placing the olives on the eyes.
Place the cubed white cheese above the face to make the brim of the hat.
Next, add the dried chorizo into the shape of a Santa's hat.
Add slices of cucumber to make the pom pom on the hat.
Use sliced red bell pepper to make the large grin.
Use the remaining ingredients to surround the Grinch's face and complete this fun party tray.
Notes
Serve extra veggies and chips on the side of the platter in small bowls.
Store any leftovers well covered in the refrigerator.
