Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs.
Let the Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars cool completely before slicing.
