Notes
Substitutions: Leftover turkey or ham work great in place of rotisserie chicken. You can also swap non-fat plain Greek yogurt for some or all of the mayonnaise. It adds protein and cuts down on fat.Make-ahead: This salad is even better the next day. Make it up to a night ahead and let it chill so the flavors have time to meld.Storage: Keep leftovers in a covered container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
