Ingredients
For the Salad

For the Dressing

Instructions
To make the salad, you can layer the ingredients in individual bowls, or toss everything together in a large bowl.
For individual bowls, start with a bed of arugula, then add the desired amounts of red onion, crumbled goat cheese, toasted walnuts, and blackberries.
Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a jar, put the lid on tightly, and shake well. Or, whisk together the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Serve the salads with the dressing.
Notes
The honey citrus dressing makes enough for many salads and the nutritional information has been adjusted accordingly.
