These no bake, Mango Cranberry Peanut Butter Bites are a perfect snack to keep in the refrigerator for the kids and the entire family!

1/2cupPeanut Butterwe use creamy
Dash of Salt
2cupsOld Fashioned Oats
1/4 - 1/3cupDried Mangodiced
1/2cupChocolate Chipsmini or slightly chop regular size
In a large bowl mix together the Peanut Butter, Honey and Salt. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. The Mango is really sticky, so you might have to use your hands to separate the pieces a bit.
Pack the Bites firmly in a cookie scoop, or roll into balls. Place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or so, until firm. Then put the Mango Cranberry Peanut Butter Bites in a covered bowl and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
