Grilled Salmon with Black Bean Salsa. With the combination of salmon, black beans and avocado, this was a meal in itself. No side dish needed! Delicious!

For the salsa

Instructions
For the Salsa
Empty the can of black beans into a strainer and rinse. Let sit to drain.
Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds. Put them into a medium size bowl.
Diced up the red onion and chop the cilantro. Add them to the bowl with the tomatoes.
Remove the avocado from the skin and dice. Add the avocado pieces to the bowl along with the drained black beans.
Drizzle with a little olive oil, the juice from the lime, and season with a bit of salt and pepper. Stir and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Place the salsa in the refrigerator until ready to use.
For the Salmon
Heat up the grill. I set it mine between medium and medium-high.
Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil.
Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and cumin.
Place the salmon, skin side down, on the grill and cook for about 3–4 minutes. I close the lid on the grill while it is cooking.
Flip the salmon over and cook another 2-3 minutes until done. Be careful, the salmon might start to flake as it finishes cooking.
Remove the salmon from the grill and top with the black bean salsa.
