Simple Ingredients

Shrimp

Broth

Curry Powder

Coconut Milk

Olive Oil

Lime

Sugar

Garlic

Ginger

Shallots

Red Pepper Flakes

Basil

Start to cook the shrimp.

Add the shallots, garlic, and ginger.

Add the spices.

Stir well.

Time for the coconut milk, broth, and sugar. Simmer.

Add the fresh basil. Time to eat!

Serve with rice or noodles.
