Fresh Plums Lemon Juice Granulated Sugar

Cornstarch Cinnamon

Old Fashioned Oats All-purpose Flour Brown Sugar

Butter Cinnamon

Mix the plums with the lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Place in a baking dish.. 

Mix the crumb topping and sprinkle over the top of the plums. Bake the Plum Oatmeal Crisp. 

Let cool. Enjoy plain, with whipped cream, or topped with vanilla ice cream.
