I found this recipe for Lemon Mallow Pie in my mom's old recipe box. A no-bake lemon pie made with marshmallows. This easy, and amazingly delicious pie is made even better with a Nilla Wafer pie crust.

For the crust...
Butter or Margarine
Easy and delicious. A creamy and refreshing lemon pie that is yummy all through out the year.
Blend the Nilla Wafers with sugar and melted butter for the crust.
After mixing, press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake and let cool.
For the crust
marshmallows, lemon juice, lemon zest, and water in a saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until the marshmallows have melted.
Add the Cool Whip and fold until completely mixed.
For the filling
Place the filling in the prepared crust. Top with extra whipped cream and lemon zest. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Serve.
