Pork Chops Mozzarella Cheese Parmesan Cheese Dijon Mustard Salt & Pepper Garlic Powder Italian Seasoning Olive Oil Green Onion or Parsley
Cook the seasoned pork chops in a cast iron, or other skillet, over medium to medium high heat. Brown on both sides.
Top the pork chops with the cheese and mustard mixture. Cover and cook until the meat is done and the cheese has melted.
Top the cheesy pork chops with green onion or parsley. Serve and enjoy!
