Looking for a quick and easy dinner idea that is ready in less than 30 minutes? Look no further than this baked catfish nuggets recipe!  These bite-sized pieces of tender, flaky catfish are coated in a light and crispy panko breading seasoned with garlic, making them a delicious and satisfying meal that's perfect for busy weeknights.


Catfish Filets, Panko Crumbs, Bread Crumbs, Canola Oil, Garlic Powder, Salt, Black Pepper, and Nonstick Cooking Spray.


Mix the panko coating with the seasonings in a bag or bowl.  Cut the catfish into bite size pieces. 


Coat the catfish pieces with the seasoned panko coating and place on a prepared baking sheet. 


Bake the catfish nuggets, turn and continue baking until fork tender and golden brown. 


These catfish nuggets are delicious with by themselves, with tartar sauce, ranch dressing, or your favorite dipping sauce!


Serve catfish nuggets with French Fries, Coleslaw, Salad, or oven roasted vegetables.
