Skillet Chocolate Brownie Cake
  • 1 Egg
  • ¾ cup Greek Yogurt, plain or vanilla (I used vanilla)
  • ¼ cup Canola Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ⅓ cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Whisk together egg, yogurt, oil, and vanilla. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add to liquids and stir until combined. The batter will be thick. Pour batter into an oiled 10" skillet.
  4. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comesout clean when inserted into the center. Cool slightly. Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar or ice cream.
