Quick and Easy Gingerbread Pancakes
Recipe type: Breakfast
Gingerbread spices are used to 'spice up' these delicious, kid friendly pancakes.
  • 2 cups Krusteaz Pancake Mix
  • 1⅓ cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Molasses
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Gingerbread Spice
  1. Warm a skillet over medium-low to medium heat. Since these pancakes have a little sugar and molasses in them you want to make sure that the pan doesn't get too hot or the pancakes could burn.
  2. Mix together the ingredients listed above.
  3. Pour ¼ cup of batter into skillet for each pancake. Cook until the edges of the pancake start to get firm and bubbles form on top. Flip over and continue cooking for 1½ - 2 minutes, until the pancakes are done.
  4. Serve with maple syrup and whipped cream if desired. You can also sprinkle a little bit of the gingerbread spice mix over the top.
